Cancellation Policy

Program Fees: For event fees of $10 or more, refunds, minus a $5 administrative fee will be issued. No refunds for event fees under $10. Fall Conferences have a different refund policy. Membership Fees and Donations are non-refundable. 

Many programs allow registrants to cancel their registration. Learn how to cancel your event registration.

Canceling registrations by registrants

For some programs, registrants can cancel their own registrations.

  1. Log in
  2. Click on your name/profile image (in the upper right) to access your Profile
  3. Go to My event registrations tab. 
  4. From the My registrations tab, click the appropriate row within the registrations list
  5. Then click the Cancel registration button from the registration details. 
  6. If self-cancelation is not available, email fieldtrips@mdflora.org to cancel your registration.
