Chesapeake Natives at Mt. Airy Mansion Greenhouse, Rosaryville State Park, Upper Marlboro

10:00am-12:00pm - Hike through acidic gravel area near the pond; tour of Cissy Paterson's Mt. Airy Estate and Chesapeake Natives historic greenhouse and operation.

12:00-1:00pm - Picnic lunch

1:00-3:00pm - Hike through the Fred Eskew forest of Rosaryville State Park.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Limited to 25.

Registration through June 1 for members only.

Notes:   Moderate/easy hike.  First part of morning tour may be handicapped accessible- contact leader for details and clarification.

Bring: Lunch, comfortable shoes, umbrella or raincoat in case of rain.

Cancellation Policy: The greenhouse will be open during the morning. The hike will be cancelled if there is rain in the afternoon.
