141st walk in the Wild Washington- Forts series
We will visit the Fort Circle Connector between Ft. Dupont and Ft. Stanton to investigate the geology and plants of the Terrace Gravel Forest and a storm water control project on parkland which we have anticipated but not yet seen.

Directions: Get on Pennsylvania Avenue SE and travel south east from Minnesota Avenue (east of the Anacostia River). When you get to Branch Avenue (a lighted intersection) turn right on Branch and take the first right on Park Drive. We will meet where 32nd Place meets Park Drive.
