MNPS Field Trip: Spring Tree ID at Carderock (Saturday)

Sponsoring organizations:  Maryland Native Plant Society and C&O Canal Association

Nature Walk focusing on tree identification.  First of two walks in the same area to observe seasonal changes.

We will walk at a semi-brisk pace and via a few semi-steep hills to see two Montgomery County champion trees, among other species.

Wear: Sturdy shoes

Bring: Hiking stick, water, snack and tree ID book

Cancellation Policy: We will cancel in a heavy rain or if conditions are dangerous.
