In the Morning, we will walk up a fire road into one of the drier areas of Fort Valley. We should see Upland Vernal Iris and Bird's Foot Violet. After eating lunch in the picnic area of Fort Valley, we'll travel to Thompson Wildlife Preserve where we should see thousands of Large White Trillium and maybe Large Yellow Lady's Slippers.
