Whipps Garden Cemetery Plant Sale

Whipps Garden Cemetery has scheduled their annual plant sale on Friday May 19 & Sat, May 20 at the First Lutheran Church at corner of Chatham and Frederick Road in Ellicott City. The sale will be held from 9-6 on May 19 and 9-4 on May 20.

The Whipps plant sale will feature many native perennial flowers, including many butterfly, rain garden, shade-loving, and deer-resistant plants.  Many of the plants, including natives so favored in today’s landscape, are donated from the gardens of Master Gardeners. The sale is a favorite of Ellicott City gardeners because it features many unusual and hard-to-find varieties.
