Wear good walking shoes. Bring water and lunch. If you wish, bring plant ID books, hand lens and camera.

Free and open to members and non-members.

Cancellation Policy: Trip will go in light drizzle; canceled if heavy rain or if conditions are dangerous. If in doubt call before 9 AM to check on the status.

Contact: (for information, not to register) Claudine Lebeau, (240)472-2803.

Directions: Because there is virtually no parking, plan on arriving by metro -  Roosevelt Island parking lot gets filled by 9 am - We will meet at the Rosslyn Metro station (on the Blue, Orange and Silver line) and walk to the Island from there.
