MNPS Field Trip: Fall Tree ID at Carderock (Saturday)

Sponsoring organizations: Maryland Native Plant Society and C & O Canal Association

Description: Second of two walks in the same area to observe seasonal changes.  We will see two Montgomery County champion trees, among other species. Semi-brisk pace and a few semi-steep hills.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS  REQUIRED: Limited to 15.

Bring: Hiking stick, water, snack and tree ID book. Wear sturdy shoes.

Cancellation Policy: Trip will be canceled if there is heavy rain or if conditions are dangerous.
