Gillis Falls Trails-near Mt. Airy, Carroll County (Saturday)

Description: We will explore a forested area along a small stream, looking for the native shrubs and spring ephemerals and perhaps finding some surprises among the invasives.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Limited to 15 people.  

Notes:  We will walk about 1.5 miles. These are equestrian trails, steep and eroded in places. May be wet and muddy.

Bring:  Boots or sturdy footwear that you won't mind getting wet and muddy.Field guides and/or apps welcome. Water, snacks, camera and binoculars if desired.

Cancellation Policy:  The trip will be cancelled in the event of steady rain or storms.
