166th walk in the longstanding Wild Washington series
We will explore the woodlands of Theodore Roosevelt Island in the Potomac River.

Note: Easy to moderate walk.
Bring: Water and lunch or a snack.
Cancellation Policy: If rain threatens, call Sunday morning before 9 AM to check on status of walk.

Directions: Because we will not be able to park in the Roosevelt Island parking lot (it gets filled by 9 am) we will meet at the Rosslyn Metro station and walk to the Island from there. We will meet at the top of the Metro escalator outside of the station at 10:00 AM.
