There are about 3,000 native plant species in Maryland, with 800 at Chapman Forest and contiguous Swann Park, 49 of which are endangered. We will meet at Swann Park and follow the Mattawoman tributary past the new beaver pond south of Swann Park to Chapman State Park.
Pre-registration is recommended (either on-line or at the conference) On-line registation closes on Wed. Sept. 21.
