We will walk along the edge of a meadow, into the woods and downhill towards the Hawlings River, then back up again. We will focus on winter trees and shrubs, but we will also see skunk cabbage and several other native herbaceous plants that are green in winter.

MNPS membership not required.
Bring: Binoculars, field guides, camera if you like. Walking poles if you use them. Good boots or shoes and dress for winter weather.
