Fall Conference 2021

* In order to provide as safe an experience as possible, we are limiting in-person attendance to 60 in an auditorium that can accommodate 120 people. This will allow for social distancing. Mask wearing will be mandatory for all attendees for indoor portions of the conference.  Virtual registrations will be available to 500 participants.

FIELD TRIPS

Field trips are open to all who register for the in person registration*.  Participants will select their choice on the morning of the conference.

REGISTRATION FEE:

FULL REGISTRATION FEE (Includes all in-person and virtual presentations, field trips, breakfast, bag lunch, and dinner)

  • Members+: $80
  • Nonmembers: $100 
  • Students: $15

VIRTUAL ONLY REGISTRATION (webinar access only)

  • Members+: $40
  • Nonmembers: $50 
  • Students: $5

+ members of other native plant societies may register at members rate

Refund Policy: If you must cancel your registration, a refund of 50% of the registration fees will be issued for cancellations made by September 10; no refunds for cancellations made on or after September 11.

If MNPS cancels the In Person Activities, those who paid the Full Registration Fee will be provided a partial refund equal to the difference between the Full and Virtual Fees.
