"Stream Restorations" destroy natural areas and their native plant communities. Learn what "stream restorations" are, why they are done, their impact on our natural areas, what are the alternatives, and actions you can take.

Ken is the Immediate President of the West Montgomery County Citizens Association, current member of the Montgomery County Water Quality Advisory Group appointed by County Executive Elrich, rejoining the Board of the Maryland Native Plant Society, co-founder of the Watts Branch Watershed Alliance, long-time Montgomery Parks Weed Warrior Supervisor, and was certified as a Maryland Master Naturalist. He will not be speaking on behalf of any of those organizations.

This will be presented both via Zoom and In Person.
