We will walk about one-half mile at a slow pace on natural surface trails near Meadowside Nature Center in Rock Creek Regional Park. This area has both upland and riparian woodlands. The focus will be on plants, but we will be on the lookout for anything else of interest (e.g., birds, mushrooms, reptiles, amphibians, animal sign) and I encourage participants to share their knowledge.

The Field Trip Leader requires all participants and field trip leaders be fully vaccinated and boosted unless an individual has a medical contraindication to vaccination. Proof of vaccination or doctor's note must be presented at the field trip. Masks are optional outside, but maintain a respectful distance if not masked.
