General Description: Explore the diverse tidal wetlands of Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary in southern Anne Arundel County. July is hot when the marsh is in full bloom: we'll find cattail, wild rice, arrowhead, pickerelweed, and more!
We'll also have the chance to identify the plants of the upland forest--including the oaks!
No need for boots--we'll be along a boardwalk which travel through low marsh, high marsh and swamp.
