MNPS Fall Field Weekend: Hyattstown Mill Trails at Little Bennett (Saturday)

Little Bennett Regional Park is one of our local gems for plant diversity. We will explore the trails in the Hyattstown Mill-Prescott Road area, focusing on tree identification and late summer wildflowers.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Limited to 15.

Registration for MNPS members only through September 10

Notes: Moderate to easy walking on natural surface trails. We will plan to walk 2-2.5 miles, so we will cover more distance than on some MNPS field trips. Trails may be muddy. Port-a-potty at trailhead.

Bring: Field guides, sun and/or rain protection, binoculars, insect repellent, water, snacks if desired.

Cancellation Policy: Trip will go in light drizzle; canceled if heavy rain.
